We are now in our third year of offering on-line yoga to meet your needs to get to your mat and maintain the convenience of a home (or away from home) practice.
The classes are geared towards individuals wise to take care of their own well-being. It is a safe, informative and (hopefully) rewarding practice.
Drop in rate, includes recording, is $15. Monthly unlimited classes, including recorded sessions, are offered. Most months include additional Sunday Stretch.
Time listed is in Alaska at 7am; thus 8am PT, 9am Mnt, 10am Central, and 11am ET.
