Today, reach high with urdhva hastasana or tall mountain pose.
Stand in tadasana (mountain pose) with feet forward, legs straight with muscles engaged. Draw your core in and up and broaden your collar bones while your take your shoulder blades downward. Raise straight arms overhead. Feel the length and space in your side body increase as you focus on your breath and your intention.
